We talk about the importance of raising individual and collective vibration for global health, prosperity, and positivity. Specifically, it is important to emphasise the interconnectedness of all individuals, likening each person to a droplet in a larger collective. We must not forget the significance of mental health, group belonging, and kindness, and how positive actions and feelings enhance immune systems and overall well-being. The concept of karma is explored, suggesting that past lives and actions influence current connections and motivations. Practical advice includes meditation, gratitude, and prayer to elevate consciousness.

For quite some time, it started to get harder and harder to raise the vibration of individual and/or collective. So many things in the world that prove this happened and are happening. I hope that you are reading this blog post, or other people’s platforms, who have the same goal as me – to help humanity reach the level of consciousness that is needed because you also want us to progress in the right direction, which is the direction of health, prosperity, love, and positivity. Whatever you read or hear on our platforms helps you think about raising vibration and improving positive thinking and mental health. It is also very important that when you think about how you feel, you think about how other people around you feel because imagine you are one droplet of water in a glass full of water. Still, you’re also interacting with other droplets in the glass. So you are an individual, of course. Still, you also belong to the collective; you belong to the whole planet Earth, and that’s why it’s essential when you think about raising your own vibration and working on your own mental health to also believe that while you do that, you also influence other people that you are interacting with. And because your energy can spread so much further from your physical body, your spirit body, an energetic body, can be so big that you can spread your energy to many people you do not know. Never neglect how you feel, even if the time is complex, the world looks crazy, and everything is falling apart. Work on your positivity level and high vibration level. Work on your mental and brain health, and always consider how others around you feel. We are all one. We are all connected. We are all one on this planet Earth and further on. So, when we consider ourselves, we must also consider other people.

When discussing these concepts of individual and collective, we need to define them. The collective identity is all a group’s beliefs, feelings, and ideas working towards a common goal. In that collective identity, we have a collective self, which is the part of a person’s self-concept that we share with the other members of the group we belong to. We have our own self-beliefs and self-concepts, and we share them with that group.

Nowadays, we are witnessing a lot of that separation; we either belong to one group or another and must choose which group we belong to. If we want to belong to both sides or to belong to everyone that just doesn’t sit right, it’s engraved in a culture that we have to choose a side that actually works against us. For example, belonging to some groups (a book club) has a different energetic and vibrational level than choosing another (a political identity for example) with a lower vibration. Belonging to a group is very important because we are social beings, and belonging to a group improves memory, which is super important for our brain health and mental health. We should be careful which group we belong to. We need to distinguish – does it make us feel good? Does it make us feel better? Does it work as a propeller that will help our lives get better and more meaningful? We need meaning and purpose to maintain motivation. We all lose the will sometimes to go through our days. We must belong to a group that will support positivity and help us reach a higher state of being, not in the short term, but in the long term.

What is best for us is understanding and accepting that we belong to everybody, the whole society, and humanity. We belong to each other. We all have the same goals, ideas, and beliefs. Our collective self belongs to the collective identity of every human being on this planet, and our shared goal is feeling good. If you feel good, your immune system will be at a reasonable level. You will fight bacterial and viral infections in a much better and more substantial way than if you are not feeling good. If we want to be healthy and prosperous, we need to feel good and belong to this society as a whole, not divide ourselves into unhealthy groups and be forced to choose sides. If we fight to raise our vibration, work to improve it, and accept that we belong to each other and are one, we will also enhance the state of different people on the planet.

While thinking about ourselves and others, we can raise the question of why we are here on this planet. Why did we come? Why are we born? And what behavior from past lives brought us to this lifetime, to live, to witness these life events, and to fight these fights that we are fighting now? That certainly can get the word karma into our minds. So we realize that when we think about our own feelings, we need to consider other people’s feelings too, because we don’t feel alone in acts of kindness. If we do some kind act towards another human being, we feel that connection, that spark, and both we who did something good and the person who received that excellent deed from us, we want to repeat that, which connects us to higher consciousness. Kindness is the thing that connects us in this lifetime or in past lifetime. Somebody did something good to us, and now we meet again because we want to reconnect and repeat that. But it’s not only kindness; it’s also, unfortunately, tragedy, separation, and emptiness that connects us. We lose somebody in this lifetime, and then we reconnect in the next because we want to continue our story. We feel empty without that person and meet them in this lifetime because the story is not over. There is the power that draws people to reconnect, and that is the true nature of karma. We often say that karma is – You do good, and the good will return to you, or you do wrong, and the bad will return. That’s the most known thing about karma. But karma is also the force that brings us together repeatedly, one lifetime after the other. We reconnect, explore, expand, and just enjoy that feeling of connection with each other.

My personal karmic story includes my father, whom I lost early, and his role in this lifetime was to be my father. Maybe we had to meet in this lifetime because we were cut short in the previous lifetime, and we had to finish some story or some lessons so that I can transfer those to other people I meet in this lifetime. Or, because our time together in this lifetime was cut short, we will meet in the next lifetime to continue exploring our connection, either again as a parent-child or as a friend or a grandparent or whoever he might be in my next lifetime.

Karma is something to consider when we think about the collective and individual self. We are the droplets in a glass full of water, and we should always be in a mental space of knowing that we belong to each other. We are not separated, and we should not let lower vibration groups and people separate us because we will still reconnect as we were connected before.

I wish you a lot of hope in your hearts for much easier days. A lot of love in your soul for all the people that surround you and the ones that don’t, but you know that they are there, and you feel they want your love. I wish you to feel an everyday connection to yourself and to everyone on Earth. Meditate, write, be grateful, and pray. Those are the things that we should focus on to raise our vibration so that we can, piece by piece, step by step, reach that higher consciousness state that we want to be in.

I’m sending you lots of love, and I hope you’re doing fine.

Be strong and pray.

Lots of love.

Selena.

Hello, my name is Selena, and welcome to my blog Alive and awake. I am so happy that you are here! 😊 I am a scientist, with a PhD in biochemistry, that is interested in how human brain functions at the biochemical level and how our brain’s wiring expands towards total awaking. Why do we become spiritual creatures? Why do we believe in God? And how that helps us ease brain health issues?
