This peace reflects on the profound changes experienced since 2019, particularly the shift towards increased difficulties and negativity. It emphasizes the importance of empathy and connection amidst these challenges, urging everyone to recognize their shared struggles and the need for collective action. It discusses the impact of global events on personal well-being and the emotional toll of constant negative news. This blog encourages us to find solace in community and to make conscious efforts to connect spiritually, suggesting that while it may feel like we are late, collective prayer and unity could make a difference, concluding that we all should engage through various platforms, expressing hope that love and unity can prevail.

You know how they say that life can change overnight; you wake up tomorrow and poof, nothing is as it was yesterday. Oh, that’s true. On a personal level, I have experienced that. Some events were more serious, and some were sudden realizations about people or situations. These days, in the whole world, things are changing for many people overnight, not in a good way, and not just these days, it’s more throughout these years. A switch happened in 2019. 2019 was the year where we all felt, especially the people who are pretty sensitive and alert (spiritually awakened?!).

So, in 2019, these types of people knew that we were entering a phase of difficulties. From 2020 onwards until this day, tomorrow, and further on, many things have happened and will happen. And they are not easy; they need to be more favorable. They are definitely not what the majority of us want humanity to be, to live in, and to support.

Many of you reading this will stop because you don’t need another person to tell you how difficult life can be. I think we reached the point where we just want to re-watch “Friends” or any other TV show, “Gilmore Girls,” maybe in my case, and flip our internal switch into ‘I don’t want to care anymore.’ It’s easier not to care. I do feel like that myself. I try to do that, but the more we try to not accept how the world is turning out to be, the more difficult it will be for all of us. So yes, you might be very annoyed by yet another person trying to make you open your eyes and see the reality. But that’s how it is. I’m at least trying today with this blog to make you feel better. By telling you that you’re not alone, you’re definitely not alone. I wake up every day with a lot of bad news on a personal level. I wake up with news about people I know who are not so positive. I wake up and see even Instagram news about weighty war things happening, and there is a constant fear, guilt, and anxiety going on in my body, in my mind, and you feel it too. You feel it too for your own life. And I just want to say – you’re not alone. If it is any consolation, you are not alone, and I know many people feel the same. The difference, though, is that some people feel negativity, some feel scared of the future, but they don’t have empathic feelings toward others who feel the same. It’s more that they feel rage, and rage and more rage and rage, and their attitude is – I don’t care what my neighbour is thinking, I just don’t care. But then other people feel rage, anger, and deep sadness because they realize this situation is challenging. They also feel a particular urge inside of them to help one another somehow because that empathic feeling is making them reach out and pull a person from the water when they’re drowning rather than just leave them there drowning. I like to believe that I am one of those people.

It’s one thing, talking about us, our wholeness, eachness, uniqueness, and personal relationships with each other. Having those two different possibilities to rediscover ourselves, we can rediscover who we are based on our close personal relationships and work on them. However, the point I left behind is who we are and who we want to rediscover to move towards the bigger picture. We need to work with the knowledge that we are one with everybody, one with the Universe and God, and that we are creatures brought to this earth to do good or the best we can at any given moment.

So, when we know those things about ourselves or believe in those things, and we wake up and see the world changing every day a little bit more and more and going down, down, not up, up, what can we do as those empathic, spiritual, conscious human beings? How can we help one another? Is this the situation where I am telling you that you are not alone, that I hear you, that I understand you, and that I also have to manage my feelings daily and my actions day to day because long-term planning doesn’t work anymore? Does that help? Do you recognize yourself in that?

If it does, we can find more and more people who feel the same, and we can start communicating with each other because we can help each other together. We are not late, not just yet. I was talking a lot about how we need more love and less war, like somebody who grew up with bombs going around and somebody who just doesn’t want another global war to happen. And now, looking at all those events that are happening and can really produce a global incident, I, in my pessimistic hours, think that we are late to do good. But what if? What if we are not? What if we gather together and make a conscious decision to connect with each other on a spiritual level? Can creating a prayer together for difficult things to be solved and resolved make a difference? If I am you, and you are me, we are connected with the oneness of the entire universe. Can we make a difference? I really want to get a reply from you and hear your opinion. I hope that my pessimistic thinking that happens these days from time to time is just random thoughts because it’s tough, that we are not too late, and that we can make peace on earth possible. I pray that that is the truth – we can be one and spread love. May God be with you, and may you feel more peace, blessing, and health.

Until the next time, lots of lots of love.

Selena.

I am so happy that you are here! 😊 I am a scientist, with a PhD in biochemistry, that is interested in how human brain functions at the biochemical level and how our brain’s wiring expands towards total awaking. Why do we become spiritual creatures? Why do we believe in God? And how that helps us ease brain health issues?
